Grilled Thai Salmon

Try this exotic Thai take on grilled salmon! Red chili paste and lemongrass are a one-two punch everyone will love.

All You Need

  • 2 tbsps (30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Roasted Red Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 2 tsps (10 mL) minced lemongrass (optional)
  • 1 1/2 lbs (750 g) salmon fillets


  1. In small bowl, combine chili paste, oil and lemongrass until well blended. Place salmon in glass dish. Spread chili paste mixture on both sides of salmon.

  2. Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
