Garlic Shrimp

Garlic lovers, here’s your dish! This simple and delicious stir-fry takes just a few minutes to prepare.

All You Need

  • 1 lb (454 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsps (30 mL) minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp (30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce
  • 1 1/4 tsp (6 mL) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsps (30 mL) vegetable oil
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) julienned ginger
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, fish sauce, sugar and pepper. In large skillet, heat oil on high heat. Add shrimp mixture; stir fry 1 to 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add green onions and ginger; stir fry 30 seconds.

  2. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired
