Walnut Pesto

Honey, garlic and fish sauce pack a ton of flavour in this twist on a classic pesto!

All You Need

  • 1 cup (250 mL) whole walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ cup (125 mL) olive oil
  • ½ cup (125 mL) grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) Club House Black Pepper Grinder
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Billy Bee Honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve spread on endive leaves as an appetizer or on linguini.
