All You Need
- 1 cup (250 mL) whole walnuts
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ cup (125 mL) olive oil
- ½ cup (125 mL) grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Club House Black Pepper Grinder
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Billy Bee Honey
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve spread on endive leaves as an appetizer or on linguini.
