All You Need
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsps (30 mL) fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsps (30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Sweet Red Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp (5 mL) minced garlic
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
