All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) ground beef
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) thinly sliced green onion
- 1 pouch (128 mL) Simply Asia Ginger Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce, divided
- 2 pineapple slices
- 8 slider rolls
Mix ground beef, bell pepper, green onion and 2 tbsp (30 mL) of the Stir-Fry Sauce in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 8 patties.
Grill over medium heat 3-4 minutes per side or until burgers reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C), brushing frequently with remaining Stir-Fry Sauce. Discard any remaining Stir-Fry Sauce. Grill pineapple slices 1 minute per side or until grill marks appear. Cut each into 4 pieces. If desired, toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
Serve burgers on rolls with pineapple slices.
