All You Need
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Simply Asia® Sweet & Smoky Hibachi Seasoning
- Club House Crushed Red Pepper, as desired
- 1 small naan or roti bread, toasted
- ½ small avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
- 1 large egg
- Club House Sea Salt Grinder and Club House Peppercorn Grinder, to taste
- Fresh chopped cilantro, to garnish
Mix yogurt, seasoning and crushed red pepper together.
Spread yogurt mixture on toasted naan. Top with avocado.
In a small frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add egg and fry to desired doneness. Place on top of avocado.
To serve, sprinkle with salt, pepper and cilantro as desired.
