Egg, Yogurt, and Avocado Breakfast Pizza

All You Need

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Simply Asia® Sweet & Smoky Hibachi Seasoning
  • Club House Crushed Red Pepper, as desired
  • 1 small naan or roti bread, toasted
  • ½ small avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • Club House Sea Salt Grinder and Club House Peppercorn Grinder, to taste
  • Fresh chopped cilantro, to garnish


  1. Mix yogurt, seasoning and crushed red pepper together.

  2. Spread yogurt mixture on toasted naan. Top with avocado.

  3. In a small frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add egg and fry to desired doneness. Place on top of avocado.

  4. To serve, sprinkle with salt, pepper and cilantro as desired.
