All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
- 3 cups (750 mL) cold cooked rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup (250 mL) chopped cooked chicken
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add rice, green onions, soy sauce and seasoning; sauté 2 minutes. Push rice to side of skillet.
Pour eggs into middle of skillet. Sauté until eggs are almost set. Stir into rice. Add chicken; sauté 1 minute or until heated through.
