Easy Chicken Fried Rice

Fried rice is a great way to use up leftover rice and chicken. Try stir-frying some vegetables before adding the other ingredients to the skillet!

All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
  • 3 cups (750 mL) cold cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped cooked chicken


  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add rice, green onions, soy sauce and seasoning; sauté 2 minutes. Push rice to side of skillet.

  2. Pour eggs into middle of skillet. Sauté until eggs are almost set. Stir into rice. Add chicken; sauté 1 minute or until heated through.
