Asian Salmon

All You Need

  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) Billy Bee Honey
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 to 2 tbsp (15 to 30 mL) Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning
  • 2 lb (900 g) salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix all ingredients except salmon in small bowl until well mixed. Place salmon in 13x9-in (33x22 cm) baking dish. Spoon honey mixture evenly over salmon.

  2. Roast salmon 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
