All You Need
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) water
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) McCormick Gourmet Herbes de Provence
- 1 pkg (45 g) Club House Yorkshire Pudding Mix
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Divide vegetable oil by placing ½ tsp (2 mL) into each of 6 muffin cups. Heat in oven for 3 minutes.
In medium bowl, whisk together water, egg and Herbes de Provence. Add pudding mix and gently whisk until just moistened.
Remove muffin tin from oven and divide batter evenly between 6 hot muffin cups.
Bake 16-18 minutes or until thoroughly risen and golden brown. Do not open oven during baking.
