All You Need

  • 6 1/2 fl oz (195 mL) tuna
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped green onions
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Dill Weed
  • 1/4 tsp (1 1/4 mL) Club House Parsley Flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Spread on whole grain bread or bagels.

  3. Top with cucumber slices and alfalfa sprouts.

  4. Variations: Replace Club House Dill Weed with Club House Basil Leaves or Oregano Leaves.
