Sweet and Smoky Slow Cooked Beef Brisket

All You Need

  • 1 1/2 lbs (750 g) beef brisket
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) water
  • 1 pkg (35 g) Club House Slow Cookers Sweet & Smoky Pulled Chicken Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Club House La Grille Montreal Steak Spice BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pearl onions or sliced onions
  • 2 cups (500 mL) diced fresh tomatoes and mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) cooked chopped bacon

Instructions

  1. Place brisket into slow cooker.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.

  3. Pour mixture over brisket and cook 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.

  4. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans, if desired.
