All You Need
- 2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) baking powder
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Billy Bee Honey
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or olive oil.
Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl, mix until combined.
Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes, checking at 1 hour. The loaf is ready when a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Let it cool at least 15 minutes before slicing, then store in the fridge for maximum freshness.
Enjoy cool, or heated with a bit of butter!
