Slow Cooked Maple Pork and Beans

All You Need

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) dry white beans
  • 1 1/2 lbs (750 g) pork shoulder, 1-in (2.5 cm) cube
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced onions
  • 1 pkg (35 g) Club House Slow Cookers Sweet & Smoky Pulled Chicken Seasoning Mix
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) ketchup
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) water

Instructions

  1. Soak beans in water overnight.

  2. Place pork into slow cooker. Add drained beans and onions.

  3. In a medium bowl combine seasoning mix with remaining ingredients; mix well.

  4. Pour mixture over pork and cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
