Quinoa Salad

All You Need

  • 1 pkg (250 g) quinoa
  • 2 cups (500 mL) diced fresh tomatoes
  • 1 cup (250 mL) each sliced green onion and pearl bocconcini cheese
  • 6 tbsp (90 mL) Club House Salad Herbs Signature Blend
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 of a lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions and cool.

  2. Stir remaining ingredients into quinoa. Let salad stand for 10 minutes and serve.
