Piri Piri Shrimp & Pasta

All You Need

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 pkg (454 g) shrimp (16-20 count)
  • 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) assorted julienne vegetables
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Piri Piri Signature Blend
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) 35% cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Kitchen Basics reduced sodium chicken stock
  • 2 tsps (10 mL) Club House Rice Flour
  • 4 cups (1 L) cooked pasta

Instructions

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil add shrimp. Sauté 3 minutes or until pink.

  2. Add vegetables and seasoning. Sauté 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly.

  4. Add pasta and toss together until well mixed
