All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 cup (250 mL) each sliced onions, red, green and yellow peppers
- 1 pkg (35 g) Club House 25% Less Salt & Gluten-Free Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (540 mL) no salt added black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (796 mL) no salt added diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) each sugar and red wine vinegar
In a large saucepan on medium-high heat, add oil, onions and peppers; sauté 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes until thickened. Serve.
