All You Need
- 10 oz (285 g) artichoke hearts (packed in water), drained
- 125 g (1/8 kg) cream cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 tsps (10 mL) Club House Oregano Leaves
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Garlic Powder
In food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Place in microwave-safe serving dish.
Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring and rotating bowl every minute.
Serve with pita bread, pita crisps, raw vegetables and fresh bread sticks.
