Fig & Feta Dip

This tangy, Mediterranean-inspired dip is the perfect thing to whip up for vegetables, pita or toasted baguette.

All You Need

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) each dried figs and sour cream
  • 5 tbsp (75 mL) Club House Salad Herbs Signature Blend
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice


  1. In a skillet, over medium-low heat, add oil and onion. Sauté 20 minutes or until onions are caramel coloured. Let cool. 2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until mixture comes together.
