Dilled Shrimp Scampi on Rice

A delicious, weeknight-friendly meal with succulent shrimp and a lemon dill butter sauce. Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.

All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Club House garlic powder


  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat

  2. Add lemon juice and Club House seasonings.

  3. Stir in shrimp and sauté 4 to 6 minutes or until pink.

  4. Serve over rice.
