All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Dill Weed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Club House Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Club House Ground Black Pepper
- 1 lb (500 g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 0 prepared rice
Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add lemon juice and Club House seasonings.
Stir in shrimp and sauté 4 to 6 minutes or until pink. Serve over rice.
