Dill Shrimp and Rice

All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Club House Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Club House Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 lb (500 g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0 prepared rice

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add lemon juice and Club House seasonings.

  2. Stir in shrimp and sauté 4 to 6 minutes or until pink. Serve over rice.
