All You Need
- 2 (540 mL) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House Paprika
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place several layers of paper towel or clean dish towels on counter. Spread chickpeas over paper towel and gently dry with more paper towel or another dish towel. Chickpeas should be dry to the touch.
Spread chickpeas over lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until crispy and slightly browned, shaking pan to toss every 10 minutes.
Place cooked chickpeas in large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic salt and paprika until evenly coated.
