All You Need
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Roasted Garlic & Peppers Signature Blend
- 8 small flour tortillas, 6” (15 cm)
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 12 oz (340 g) shaved roast beef
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup (250 mL) roasted red pepper strips
Combine mayonnaise and Club House Roasted Garlic & Peppers Signature Blend. Spread over tortillas, dividing evenly. Layer remaining ingredients on top. Roll up tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
Tip: · Replace beef with your favourite meat. Ham, chicken, salami and smoked turkey are all good.
