Beef & Pepper Wraps

Versatile and delicious, these wraps make a great lunch or quick dinner when time is tight. Save any leftover garlic & peppers aoili as a dip for veggies!

All You Need

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Roasted Garlic & Peppers Signature Blend
  • 8 small flour tortillas, 6” (15 cm)
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 12 oz (340 g) shaved roast beef
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) roasted red pepper strips


  1. Combine mayonnaise and Club House Roasted Garlic & Peppers Signature Blend. Spread over tortillas, dividing evenly. Layer remaining ingredients on top. Roll up tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.

  2. Tip: · Replace beef with your favourite meat. Ham, chicken, salami and smoked turkey are all good.
