All You Need
- 1 cup (250 mL) hot coffee
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
- 2 cups (500 mL) vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House Imitation Almond Extract
- 2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes
Mix coffee and sugar until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place coffee mixture, ice cream, almond extract and ice cubes in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
