Superb Salmon

All You Need

  • 4 salmon steaks, 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) melted butter
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Dill Weed
  • 1 pinch Club House Ground White Pepper


  1. Grill or broil salmon steaks until fish flakes easily, turning steaks once, about 10-12 minutes.

  2. In small bowl combine melted butter, sour cream, Club House Dill Weed and Club House Ground White Pepper. Serve over salmon.
