Spicy Chicken Wings

All You Need

  • 2 lbs (1000 g) chicken wings
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House La Grille Spicy Hickory Rub Marinade, to taste
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil


  1. Cut off wing tips and discard. Cut wings in half at joint. (Pre-cook in oven or on grill. Refrigerate up to 2 days.)

  2. Spoon and rub Club House La Grille Spicy Hickory Rub Marinade over cooled, cooked wings. Let stand 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, oil and preheat grill on medium. Place wings on grill. Barbecue with lid closed, turning often, until heated through. Serve with sour cream as a dip.
