Pork Kabobs

All You Need

  • 1 lb (500 g) boneless pork (shoulder or tenderloin)
  • 0 wooden skewers
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House La Grille* Roasted Garlic & Peppers Rub Marinade, to taste
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut pork into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes. Thread pork cubes onto skewers.

  2. Spoon and rub Club House La Grille Roasted Garlic & Peppers Rub Marinade onto kabobs. Let stand 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, oil and preheat grill on medium. Place kabobs on grill. Close lid and barbecue about 20 minutes or until juices run clear, turning occasionally or an internal temperature of 155°F is reached.

  5. If using wooden skewers soak them in water 2 hours to prevent burning.

  6. Variation:

  7. Alternate pork cubes with chunks of red, green and yellow red bell peppers, onions and mushrooms.
