All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House La Grille* Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inch/30 cm)
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 cups (500 mL) shredded lettuce
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
Season both sides of chicken breast with Club House La Grille Montreal Chicken Seasoning and grill. Until internal temperature reaches 170°F (76°C)
Slice grilled chicken into thin strips.
Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise over each tortilla and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and chicken.
To roll tortilla, fold each side toward middle over the filling and then roll the tortilla up from the bottom.
