Mediterranean Chicken Souvlaki Skewers

Mediterranean flavours made easy. These chicken souvlaki skewers are juicy and well seasoned with Club House Savoury Mediterranean with Flax Signature Blend. Opa!

All You Need

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) each vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Savoury Mediterranean with Flax Signature Seasoning
  • 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 4 wooden skewers


  1. In a medium bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine oil, vinegar, seasoning and chicken. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer for more flavour.

  2. Meanwhile, soak skewers for 1 hour (this will help prevent burning on the grill).

  3. Remove chicken from marinade and place on soaked skewers.

  4. Grill skewers on medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 10 minutes.

  5. For a full meal idea, serve with rice, pita, Greek salad and tzatziki (could hyperlink Tzatiki on website), if desired.
