Meat Ball Kabobs

All You Need

  • 1 1/2 lbs (750 g) medium ground beef
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House La Grille* Montreal Steak Spice


  1. In large bowl, gently combine medium ground beef, beaten egg and Club House La Grille Montreal Steak Spice.

  2. Shape mixture into 18 meatballs and thread onto skewers.

  3. Grill to desired doneness, brushing with barbecue sauce if desired.

  4. Serving suggestions: Place 2 to 3 meatballs in a pita half and top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
