All You Need

  • 1 cup (250 mL) each, button mushrooms, zucchini chunks, cherry tomatoes, sweet bell pepper chunks
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House La Grille* Vegetable Seasoning
  • heavy-duty aluminium foil


  1. Gently toss vegetables with vegetable oil and Club House La Grille Vegetable Seasoning.

  2. Wrap mixture in heavy aluminum foil and grill until tender-crisp.

  3. Variation: Thread on skewers and grill over medium-high coals about 7 minutes, turning occasionally.
