All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) bread crumbs
- 1 lb (500 g) medium ground beef or pork
In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape into 4 patties and grill, pan fry or broil until no longer pink or an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
Serve on Kaiser buns with your choice of toppings: cheese, tomato slices, bacon, shredded lettuce, sautéed mushrooms and onions.
