Vanilla Vinaigrette

All You Need

  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) olive oil
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsps (10 mL) fine herbs
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) sugar (optional)
  • 0 salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a 2 cup (500 mL) glass jar. Cover and shake until smooth.

  2. Store in refrigerator.

  3. Bring to room temperature to serve. Shake just before serving. Serve over salad greens.
