All You Need
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) olive oil
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsps (10 mL) fine herbs
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) sugar (optional)
- 0 salt and pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in a 2 cup (500 mL) glass jar. Cover and shake until smooth.
Store in refrigerator.
Bring to room temperature to serve. Shake just before serving. Serve over salad greens.
