All You Need
- 2 lbs (1 kg) fingerling potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Rosemary Leaves, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Club House Coarse Grind Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes and oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with seasonings; toss to coat well.
Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15 x 10 x 1-in (38 x 25 x 2 cm) baking pan.
Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
