All You Need
- 1 1/2 lbs (750 g) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Basil Leaves
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) grated lemon rind
In large saucepan of boiling water, cook beans until tender-crisp, about 7 minutes. Drain well and return to saucepan.
Add butter, basil, oregano and lemon peel and toss to coat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Tip – Replace green beans with 1½ lb (750 g) trimmed asparagus.
