Yorkshire Pudding with Herbes de Provence

All You Need

  • 7 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups (562 1/2 mL) milk
  • 5 1/2 tbsp (82 1/2 mL) vegetable oil, divided
  • 4 cups (1000 mL) all-purpose flour
  • package (28 g) Club House Herbes de Provence Roasted Chicken Flavourful Recipe Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with milk, 1 ½ tbsp (22 mL) vegetable oil, flour and Club House Herbes de Provence Roasted Chicken Flavourful Recipe Mix.

  3. Divide remaining 4 tbsp (60 mL) vegetable oil evenly into 24 cups using 2, 12 cup muffin tins, about ½ tsp (2 mL) per cup.

  4. Place tin in oven to heat oil, 4 to 5 minutes.

  5. Remove tin from oven, and distribute batter evenly among cups. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
