All You Need
- 7 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups (562 1/2 mL) milk
- 5 1/2 tbsp (82 1/2 mL) vegetable oil, divided
- 4 cups (1000 mL) all-purpose flour
- package (28 g) Club House Herbes de Provence Roasted Chicken Flavourful Recipe Mix
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a medium bowl, beat eggs with milk, 1 ½ tbsp (22 mL) vegetable oil, flour and Club House Herbes de Provence Roasted Chicken Flavourful Recipe Mix.
Divide remaining 4 tbsp (60 mL) vegetable oil evenly into 24 cups using 2, 12 cup muffin tins, about ½ tsp (2 mL) per cup.
Place tin in oven to heat oil, 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove tin from oven, and distribute batter evenly among cups. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
