Yogurt Feta Cheese Dip

All You Need

  • 2 cups (500 mL) chopped mushrooms
  • 2 bacon slices, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 mL) diced onion
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) each sour cream, crumbled low sodium feta cheese, diced cucumber and plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mushrooms, bacon and onions for 3 minutes or until tender. Refrigerate.

  2. In blender, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
