All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Lemon and Herbs Signature Blend
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
Combine Club House Lemon and Herbs Signature Blend, lemon juice and olive oil. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add chicken and lightly brown on both sides. Pour lemon mixture over chicken. Cover pan and simmer on low heat about 10-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 170°F is reached.
