Vegetarian Lasagna

All You Need

  • 9 cups (2250 mL) Ratatouille with Club House Creamy Parmesan Chicken Penne Flavourful Recipe Mix, divided
  • 3 cups (750 mL) grated mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup (250 mL) freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 12 lasagna noodles, pre-cooked

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Spread 2 ¼ cup (550 mL) ratatouille in a 13 x 9 in (33 x 22 cm) baking dish and top with 3 noodles.

  3. Sprinkle ¾ cup (175 mL) mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup (50 mL) parmesan cheese evenly on top of noodles.

  4. Repeat layering 3 more times. Bake lasagna for 30 minutes.
