All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each sliced mushrooms and red onion
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each diced tomato and green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Italiano Signature Blend
- 8 large eggs, beaten
In medium oven proof skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and vegetables. Sauté 2 minutes.
Stir in seasoning and eggs.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked, internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Cut into 6 portions and serve.
