Turkey Kebabs

All You Need

  • 15 8-in (20 cm) wooden skewers
  • 1 lb (500 g) ground turkey breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp (75 mL) Club House Roasted Cumin & Mint One Step Seasoning
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) Thai Kitchen coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Place skewers in cold water to soak.

  2. Place ground turkey into food processor; blend on high for 1 minute.

  3. Add the eggs, seasoning and coconut milk; blend for an additional 2 minutes. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  4. On a parchment lined sheet pan, spoon mixture into 15 logs measuring 1-in x 6-in (2.5 x 15 cm) long.

  5. Press skewers into meat mixture lengthwise so that the skewer is in the middle of the meat. Make sure the skewer does not show through the meat.

  6. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
