All You Need
- 15 8-in (20 cm) wooden skewers
- 1 lb (500 g) ground turkey breast
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp (75 mL) Club House Roasted Cumin & Mint One Step Seasoning
- 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) Thai Kitchen coconut milk
Place skewers in cold water to soak.
Place ground turkey into food processor; blend on high for 1 minute.
Add the eggs, seasoning and coconut milk; blend for an additional 2 minutes. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
On a parchment lined sheet pan, spoon mixture into 15 logs measuring 1-in x 6-in (2.5 x 15 cm) long.
Press skewers into meat mixture lengthwise so that the skewer is in the middle of the meat. Make sure the skewer does not show through the meat.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
