Traditional Greek Salad

All You Need

  • 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) olive oil
  • 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 seedless cucumber, unpeeled
  • 4 medium tomatoes, seeded
  • 1 cup (250 mL) kalamata (Greek) olives
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (250 mL) feta cheese, crumbled


  1. Dressing: Combine oil, Club House Greek Signature Blend and lemon juice. Let stand while preparing salad.

  2. Salad: Cut cucumber and tomatoes into chunks. Toss in large bowl with olives, onion and dressing. Mix well. Add feta; toss lightly just to blend.

  3. Tip: Feta can be sprinkled on top of salad rather than mixed in.
