All You Need
- 1 cup (250 mL) cucumber, cut in pieces
- 1 cup (250 mL) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Italiano Signature Blend
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
Combine cucumbers and tomatoes in mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to tomato mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
