All You Need
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
- 0 shredded cheddar cheese
Bake and cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop pulp from shell into bowl and add butter or margarine, milk and Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend.
Mash until fluffy then refill potato shells.
Top with shredded cheese and broil until golden.
