Tex Mex Meatballs

All You Need

  • 1 pkg (35 g) Club House Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) water
  • 1 lb (500 g) ground beef

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine Club House Chili Seasoning Mix and water. Mix well.

  2. Add ground beef and mix well.

  3. Form into 1 inch (2.5 cm) meatballs.

  4. Bake in 425° F (220°C) oven for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
