All You Need
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) all purpose flour
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) red bell pepper, chopped
Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until a ball forms. Roll out dough between two sheets of waxed paper to 1/4” thickness. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased sheet at 350°F (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Cool completely on wire rack.
