All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced onion
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) smoky BBQ sauce
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) each Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend and dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) jalapeno Monterey jack cheese, cut into 4 pieces
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
Divide mixture into 4 and form each burger around a piece of cheese.
Broil, panfry or grill burger to 160°F (71°C) and finish with your choice of burger toppings
