Sweet Potato Crisps

This healthier take on sweet potato crisps is loaded with classic Tex-Mex flavour. It’s perfect as a side dish, or even for dunking in ketchup and mayonnaise!

All You Need

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend


  1. Thinly slice potatoes. Toss with olive oil to coat. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Turn slices over. Sprinkle with Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crisp.
