All You Need
- 2 lb (1 kg) split chicken wings
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Sriracha with Lime Signature Seasoning, divided
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil and grease.
In a large bowl, toss wings with 1 tbsp (15 mL) seasoning. Arrange wings in single layer on prepared pan.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until wings are golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), turning halfway through cooking.
In a clean, large bowl, mix butter with remaining 2 tbsp (30 mL) seasoning. Remove wings from pan and add to butter mixture. Toss to coat well.
