Spicy Quick Fix Chili

All You Need

  • 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (796 mL) whole tomatoes or diced tomatoes or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (540 mL) kidney beans, drained
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Club House Ground Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat. Add pepper and sauté 3 minutes.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Garnish with parsley, cheese or sour cream.
