All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (796 mL) whole tomatoes or diced tomatoes or crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (540 mL) kidney beans, drained
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Chili Powder
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Club House Ground Cayenne Pepper
Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat. Add pepper and sauté 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, cheese or sour cream.
