Smashed Potatoes

All You Need

  • 1 1/2 lbs (750 g) potatoes
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
  • 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) cream
  • 2 tsps (10 mL) Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend


  1. Scrub potatoes and peel half of them, leaving some with skin on. Cut in cubes.

  2. In large saucepan, boil potatoes until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.

  3. Drain and return potatoes to saucepan.

  4. Smash or crush potatoes with large spoon or fork, blending in butter, cream and Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend. Serve immediately.
